* Reservation Policy:

We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays.

* Our Cancellations Policy:

Cancellations prior to arrival:

Less than 7 days forfeit 100% of the booking

From 7 – 21 days forfeit 100% of the deposit

From 21 – 28 days forfeit 75% of the deposit

Less than 60 days forfeit 25 % of the deposit

More than 60 days forfeit 10% of the deposit
